With over 22 years of experience in the leisure and holiday park industry, I have a proven track record of delivering outstanding results and leading teams through transformative change. I began my career in 2002 at one of Europe’s premier parks, where I played a key role in attracting over 1.5 million visitors annually and driving substantial business growth over a nine-year period.

Building on this success, I transitioned to a leading brand in the leisure sector, where I was instrumental in expanding a chain of parks to 38 locations and increasing revenue to £271 million. My deep industry experience with renowned brands such as Bourne Leisure, Blackstone Group, and the iconic Butlins brand has seen me progress from general management roles to the position of Operations Director, a role I held from 2011 to 2023.

Throughout my career, I have consistently demonstrated a strong ability to engage teams and achieve world-class results in dynamic, fast-paced environments.
